Hello, I'm Amy, and I'm here to help! Clients come to me for a variety of reasons, and many reach out for the first time in their lives for help to understand and manage posttraumatic stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, emotional dysregulation, career and relationship stress, substance misuse, identity/role confusion and existential concerns stemming from unpredictable and personally uncontrollable political and economic climates we've all found ourselves in. I am person-centered, trauma-informed, down-to-Earth, strive for multicultural competence and generally utilize a Solution-Focused therapeutic approach.
