We will work together to identify the root causes of negative thoughts and behaviors replacing them with healthier and more empowering alternatives. My therapeutic approach encompasses a blend of modalities, including, Psychodynamic, Strength-based, Narrative, Journaling, Trauma-based, Mindfulness, Stress Reduction (MBSR), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Couples and Family therapy.
