Looking back on 30 years in practice, I see a composite client losing inhibitions and conflicts interfering with having a satisfying work and personal life. Central issues are often connected to wanting to feel more whole and happy and to separate from while staying connected to family. Finding, keeping, or leaving a relationship or job are usually part of the work. Together, we explore and unravel emotional knots. New behaviors and skills are developed and used and by providing a warm, safe environment, the client changes, grows and thrives. Note: I am not taking new appointments for ongoing therapy. Consults are available for stepmothers/stepcouples.
