About
Feeling disconnected steals so much from us: our ability to breathe deeply, explore with curiosity, and learn about ourselves and others. When our thoughts and choices feel misaligned, we often don’t quite feel like ourselves anymore. You might notice that you start to feel exhausted keeping up with the intensity of intrusive thoughts, feelings, stress, or money, and you're not sure what feeling inner calm feels like anymore. This is where I come in. I'm here to support you in gaining tools to let your values lead the life you want to live and reconnect to yourself. I welcome humor in our sessions as a way to disrupt disconnection & overcome uncertainty. I value leaning into our strengths and understanding how the systems we live in impact our daily lives. I utilize an eclectic mix of trauma-informed approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure Response Prevention, and Internal Family Systems.
