I now contract through Octave. I work with adults navigating trauma, grief, and shame; offering a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space for healing. My integrative approach blends somatic practices, mindfulness, and neurobiological strategies to support emotional processing and long-term growth. I believe each person has a unique path, that requires healing and growing specific to them. For this reason, I incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities, tools, and techniques that reflect each person's story and goals.
