Welcome to Henderson Family Therapy, LLC. I utilize a solution focused approach in my work with individuals, couples, adolescents and families, who are interested in improving the quality of their daily lives. Often times this includes attention to anxiety and/or depression, relationship challenges or life transitions. My work is thoughtfully designed for each client's experience. I focus on maintaining an interpersonal, client centered, approach to therapy, incorporating a sense of hope and wellness into our sessions. Some clients choose to work on one challenge at a time. Others explore themes that have challenged them for longer periods.
