I believe the therapeutic relationship is sacred, and I approach my work with a deep sense of honor and responsibility. I think meaningful change is possible in a safe, supportive space, helping you heal from past wounds to connect with your true self. My role is to be a compassionate partner, acknowledging you as the expert of your own experience. I am trained in EMDR, have completed sexual assault advocacy training, and have extensive experience treating trauma, anxiety, and depression. I welcome clients from all backgrounds, focusing on what feels safe, restorative, and inclusive.
