I don't just specialize in struggles, I can understand first hand what it can be like to experience generational trauma, be a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, and/or experience nurodivergency. I am a certified trauma therapist, using Cognitive Processing Therapy (an evidence-based alternative to EMDR) to help clients heal from and process their trauma. I have specializations in LGBTQIA+ issues and gender-affirming therapy with transition letters. Additional specialization in Autism (levels 1 & 2), providing behavioral therapy for lasting change.
