I believe in creating a therapeutic alliance where we can work together to create healthy ways of coping while managing life’s challenges. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, & personal growth. I have experience supporting children, teens, adults, couples, and families, as well as working with at-risk & incarcerated youth.
