I believe in Carl Jung's theory that every person travels a challenging but beautiful journey towards wholeness and I also believe that it doesn’t have to be a solo one. As a therapist, I like to think of myself as someone who will sit sidecar on your healing journey towards wholeness. I am passionate about providing support to those who struggle with trauma related, relationship issues and providing support to those who struggle with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, etc. I adopt an open, eclectic and collaborative approach, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
