My clients often come to therapy knowing that something in their life isn’t working the way they’d like but unsure of how to make a change. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, LGBTQIA+, neurodiversity, grief and loss. Together, we’ll explore what really matters to you—your values, priorities, and the kind of life you want to build. Sometimes, even positive change can be overwhelming, so I work to create a space where it feels comfortable and safe to be honest, curious and imperfect.
