Difficult life events often disrupt our sense of security, control, balance and connectedness and it can feel impossible to find our path again. I am a certified Reiki Master and have training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). I believe animals offer a healing quality and bring my dogs to sessions!
