Starting therapy can feel daunting. Congrats on starting your process, and I’m here to make sure that it is meaningful to you. I bring a personal, passionate approach shaped by my own experiences and a deep interest in mental and emotional health. Together, we’ll identify challenges and work on strategies to help you move forward with confidence. I help by using psychoeducation, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and grounding exercises, all of which we'll tailor to your preferences and needs.
