I believe that human beings have a level of resiliency that is truly amazing. At times, individuals can need some assistance with realizing this and being able to tap into their own strength. I am passionate about therapy because it allows a person to be in a safe space to develop insights and experience healing. The therapeutic process is one that should be open, trusting, and enlightening. My goal is to work side by side with clients to help them tap into their inner strength, in order to enhance their overall well-being.
