A clinical psychologist with trainings in different depth psychological approaches, I work with individual and couples. With individuals, areas of practice include a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, and personal growth. With couples, the focus is on communication skills, cross-cultural issues, and conflict resolution. My practice is patient-centered with an emphasis on humanistic-existential approaches, psychodynamics, spiritually-oriented therapies, and mindfulness-informed techniques.
