I work with individuals, couples, and families, both in person and online. While we will create specific, therapeutic goals that are unique to your situation, my hope is that working together will ultimately support you in feeling more clear, authentic, connected, alive, and at peace. Our time together will start by building connection and trust; a safe environment to explore and identify unhelpful patterns. From there, we will collaborate and explore new ways of responding, thinking, and engaging. The nature of this work together is often steeped in vulnerability and can require courage.
