I am a humanistic, person-centered therapist with an eclectic approach, drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), trauma-informed approaches, healthy grieving and adaptation to death and loss, and internal family systems (IFS). I also have certifications in grief and loss, trauma focused CBT, and DBT.
