I am a clinical social worker who aims to provide a safe space to work through personal challenges in a judgement free, non-authoritative, non-biased, no pressure environment. Wherever you are on your journey, healing and growth come from a place of acceptance and change. One must accept what is, through discovery and self-expression, while working to change the areas in one’s life that aren’t serving them anymore. The overall mission of compass healing is to find joy in being alive. I specialize in a variety of evidence-based approaches in the treatment of mental health issues. I work individually with clients who present with issues, such as depression, anxiety, stress, adjustments, major life transitions, and interpersonal conflict (ages 18+).
