Life is incredibly confusing and messy at times! Seeking support can be the first step in gaining peace, clarity and direction. I work collaboratively with you to find stability and create a life and relationships that are authentic and fulfilling. I use a communication style that is straightforward while nonjudgmental and gentle, and love to bring lightness and humor into the process where appropriate. I teach individuals to move through the world with greater presence and connection through mindfulness and other skills. I also work with couples to create intentional practices which promote connection and healthy communication.
