I am a counseling psychologist. I work with families, couples, young adults and adults. I have over 15 years of experience with evidence-based family therapy. My approach to families, couples and individuals is strength-based and respect-based. This means appreciating that struggles we face as individuals and in relationships are not typically due to maliciousness but are part of the human struggle to do what we believe and feel is best for ourselves and our families--even if misguided. Unfortunately, we frequently misinterpret the intentions of others and experiences which impacts how we react--this can be changed and relationships can be repaired.
