I’m interested in how people make sense of themselves in the context of their relationships and social worlds. In my practice, I support adults navigating relationship challenges, whether to self, a loved one or the the communities they belong to. My approach is curious and collaborative. I don’t see myself as an expert of your suffering; instead, I aim to offer a thoughtful mirror — one that helps you notice your strengths, values, and capacities more clearly. Together, we make space to explore what feels confusing and painful while also identifying moments of choice and meaning to support a more empowered narrative of self.
