My name is Amy Howard, I am an LCSW practicing in the State of Florida. I am based in Sarasota, and depending on whether you are a local or statewide client, can meet in person, via telehealth, or a combination of both. My client base ranges from 3 - 93 years old, the central modality is Rogerian from there we branch into therapies that best suit your needs. In other words, we start where you are and progress from there. I work with adolescents through adults treating trauma and trauma-related conditions (PTSD), anxiety, depression, co-dependency, and SMI disorders, such as MDD, Bi-Polar, Panic/Anxiety attacks.
