We all experience challenges throughout various stages and seasons of our lives. Adolescent, college, and young adult years can be especially challenging as these developmental stages involve increased responsibilities and expectations, and so much change. Navigating an emerging sense of self and identity while balancing academic, social, and family lives is no small task. This time in life can also present opportunities for growth and change. I offer a warm, person-centered, collaborative approach to support clients in managing anxiety and depression, relationship/friendship challenges, family changes, and self-esteem.
