An integrated, holistic approach is central to finding peace. I use a variety of therapeutic models to support and guide you through your personal wellness and healing journey. As a former bodyworker and current mental health professional, my personal experience and professional path have brought me here to this place, where I am honored to go on this journey with you. I love to see people reduce distress and learn to function and build relationships where they could not before. I work with individuals who have experienced relational and personal stress, as well as developmental, generational, and system-induced trauma. I specialize in helping people heal from stress, trauma, and attachment wounds using interventions that are based on an understanding of the mind-body connection and how stress and trauma affect all systems within the person. I use a holistic, person-centered approach to work with the individuals to find the best combination of methods that work for them.
