I provide therapy with a warm and empathetic approach where you can process without feeling like you are being judged. My therapy style is integrative, as I understand that human beings are unique and there is no one size fits all therapy. My areas of specialty include depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self esteem, anger, addiction, disordered eating behaviors, and trauma. I also offer EMDR therapy.
