Through my experience working in mental health and addiction treatment, I've adopted a style of therapy that is both direct AND empowering and supportive. My experience allows for me to be flexible in my treatment approach, ensuring that I am providing counseling services that are individualized to meet your needs. My therapy strengths are in treating addictive disorders, PTSD/complex trauma, anxiety disorders, chronic pain, and working with first responders.
