Change, like healing takes time. We only have so much time and energy in our lives. What we do with it is a gift. As a Christian therapist, my desire is to help my clients use their precious time and energy towards healing and enjoying their life as God intended. I believe in walking hand-in-hand with my clients as they are restored and embrace new change individually and in their relationships. I enjoy working with and supporting individuals, adolescents, teens, couples, and families in a relaxed and secure environment that facilitates personal and relational growth.
