I am a licensed mental health therapist with 21 years of mental health and substance abuse counseling. Over the years I have worked with people with many issues including mood issues, anxiety, adjustment/life transitions, gender identity, divorce, infidelity, family issues, trauma, etc. Mostly my clients have told me I’m pretty down to earth and relatable. I am an animal lover and my golden retriever was a part of my practice as a therapy dog until covid started. It is my aim to help people find the solution that fits them the best and support them until they are ready to make the changes they hope to make.
