Often, these feelings are connecting us to each other even while making us feel more disconnected. As a mental health professional for 25 years, I have been honored to listen to the incredible stories of children and adults, filled with both sadness and joy. I believe in our innate ability and desire to move ourselves forward toward hope. I have experience in the treatment of ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, interpersonal difficulties, life transitions, issues of self-esteem, and conflict resolution. I have special training in Child-Parent Psychotherapy, Mindfulness for Mental Health and Trauma, Anxiety and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
