I work with individual adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship and life transitions, grief and loss, and those recovering from traumatic experiences. My goal is to help you identify what is important to you, to look at patterns, to make sense of what’s not working (and what is) and ultimately, to help you live a richer life.
