You’re a woman, a mother, a cycle-breaker—doing the deep work of healing while raising children and building a meaningful life. I know this path intimately because I’ve walked it myself. That’s why I feel deeply called to support women navigating the intensity of parenting, identity shifts, and generational healing while creating their own legacy. My integrative approach blends somatic therapy, energy-based work, and attachment-focused care. Together, we tend to the roots—mind, body, and spirit—so you can parent with presence, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and live from a more soul-centered, grounded place. I support women in healing deeply while raising children and building aligned lives and careers. Using EMDR, IFS, somatic therapy, breathwork, and intuitive tools, I help regulate the nervous system, heal inner child wounds, and break generational patterns so you can feel grounded, whole, and connected to yourself and your life.
