Hello! I am a trauma-informed therapist located in Wayzata and Inver Grove Heights. I work with adults and adolescents (ages 12+). I have expertise treating PTSD, Complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, and helping people navigate life transitions. In both my personal and professional life, I have witnessed the ways that negative experiences impact our self-worth and how we navigate the world. My goal is to provide a calm, safe space to help you explore and process your past in order to improve your present.
