Whether it's about relationship issues, parenting woes, career burn-out or other life transitions, I work with clients to disrupt unhelpful patterns, heal wounds, and find creative approaches to life’s challenges. Emotional pain is rooted in lived experience, and only new experiences can help shift it. We work together to do this at a pace that works for you.
