I support overworked adults as they find some relief, stressed college students gain balance, and support those in strained relationships at work, with family, or friends, implement boundaries. Before treatment, many of my clients felt emotionally paralyzed, helpless, on edge, exhausted, and that things were unmanageable. I support them as they reflect on what caused them to get to this point and identified ways to move forwar. In therapy, you cannot selectively heal just one area of your life because a positive change in one area directly improves another. I exclusively provide phone and/or video counseling sessions to clients.
