My specialties include health psychology, relationship issues, depression, anxiety and addictions. I run support groups for MS and Huntington's disease as part of my practice. I have a pragmatic approach to treatment in terms of adapting interventions to meet the needs of the individual. I am interested in mindfulness and its impact on well being. There are so many opportunities to bring about positive change by altering how we relate to both present circumstances and past experience.
