I have over eighteen years experience working with adolescent and adults with a wide range of mental health and substance abuse disorders. I use an empathic, strengths based approach to address issues such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder and relationship and career changes. I have worked with a variety of clients with co-occuring mental health and substance abuse disorders. I enjoy working with clients through life transitions, such as college, graduate school, career changes, parenting, and mid-life issues. I tend to utilize person centered therapy techniques, CBT, and ACT techniques.
