Perhaps you are struggling with intrusive thoughts, depression, or panic attacks. I work collaboratively with clients on these issues to help them become more present and enjoy rich full lives. I especially enjoy assisting clients who are experiencing alarming or disturbing intrusive thoughts. It is important to find a therapist you can trust, as well as a therapist who has experience and training in working with your concerns. I have been providing psychotherapy in a private practice setting since 1999. My areas of specialty are anxiety, OCD, panic attacks, phobias, depression, skin picking, and trichotillomania (hair pulling). I have extensive training for treatment of OCD and related disorders (BTTI and PTI). I work with clients using cognitive behavioral techniques.
