Hello and welcome! Please note- I am only accepting new virtual clients at this time. I am licensed in Indiana and Illinois, and I provide convenient telehealth sessions across both states. My practice specializes in helping women recover from the deep wounds of narcissistic abuse, navigating the unique challenges and strengths of the LGBTQ community, and processing the lasting impact of childhood trauma. I am also experienced in and enjoy working with neurodiverse folks. I approach therapy with compassion, authenticity, and respect, guiding clients toward greater self-understanding and resilience. In therapy, you’ll have the space to share openly in an environment where you are listened to with care and respect. I offer both EMDR and Brainspotting, and I am also trained in Induced After Death Communication (IADC), an EMDR technique that has shown to be highly effective for processing grief and traumatic loss.
