I believe that asking for help, and taking the first step with a new therapist is often the hardest part of the therapeutic process. I feel that there is not a one size fits all approach to therapy. We are all very different, we have varying life experiences and most of all we do not all process or feel things in the same way. I will help you identify your goals and objectives, and we will work towards them together. Life can become overwhelming at times and I will help you unload what can often feel like a huge the pile of dishes in the sink, but one plate at a time. I believe that I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can say what may feel at times that are too scary to say out loud. I am invested in your care and will do my best to help you conquer whatever is making you feel unhappy, anxious, or just stuck in a place in life that you did not expect to be in.
