While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. I have a Master's degree from Capella University in Mental Health Counseling and a PhD in Psychology. My education has been fueled by an intense desire to understand human nature and then empower people to overcome their obstacles and become their best selves.
