I am a licensed clinical social with 13 years of experience- I know how difficult change can be and how alone we can feel when overwhelmed with challenges. I love learning about my patients’ lives and helping them understand themselves’ better so they can overcome obstacles that hinder their ability to thrive. I am a singer/songwriter and became a social worker relatively late in life. I understand uncertainty, and the need for meaning and connection in our lives. I also understand how the past can hold us back.
