Greetings, I am a seasoned therapist who loves what I do everyday. I assist in helping clients address their life challenges whether they be inherent to trauma, crisis, loss, mental illness, and/or destructive behaviors. I work as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Ellsworth and on Mount Desert Island, I am best suited to work with adolescents or adults who may be experiencing emotional instability, addictive processes, those seeking relief from early life trauma, and those who may be seeking insight into an unhealthy or destructive relationship with themselves.
