Hello, my name is Amy Carey. I have been practicing as a therapist for a number of years in the private practice setting. I consider it an honor to collaborate with people as they navigate challenging times, engage in self-reflection, and experience personal growth. While emotional pain is a natural part of being human, it can feel really overwhelming and difficult to experience alone.
