I offer counseling to children, adolescents, and young adults. I use a strength and strategic based approach with my clients. I help with those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, school struggles, and sibling rivalry, day-to-day struggles, ADHD, and stressors. I help formulate goals with clients that are obtainable. Mental health is health and I'm here to offer support and an open ear to promote success.
