Welcome! I provide trauma-responsive counseling for adults and children, grounded in the neuroscience of connection and co-regulation. I believe that consistent therapeutic attunement with a safe and regulated provider supports nervous system healing and emotional growth. I utilize trauma-informed approaches rooted in connection and the understanding that the brain can heal and grow. I believe that when someone feels truly seen, safe, and supported, big changes can happen.
