I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck in overthinking, or unsure why anxiety and self-doubt seem to take over despite their best efforts. If you’ve spent a long time pushing through stress, emotional overwhelm, or a racing mind, starting therapy can feel intimidating. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin. My role is to provide a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can slow things down and make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface.
