I am a licensed clinical professional counselor with prior experience working at the partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient levels of care. I love to help people celebrate their unique design, inner qualities, and strengths. In therapy, I assist my clients to increasingly recognize and move away from unhealthy behaviors and thinking patterns and, instead, journey toward healing and wholeness. I have experience working with mood disorders, OCD, and with trauma.
