Hi there, I am Amy Mendez (Rasheed), a licensed marriage and family therapist. My approach to therapy is to utilize a client-centered approach and engage my clients in meaningful treatment that can benefit the client in order to make changes and bring peace to my client's world. My practice is typically focused on clients who are moving through life transitions: college, a new career, marriage, parenting, divorce, and cultural religious struggles. I provide a safe, empathetic ear and aid clients in recognizing their full potential.
