We reach points in our lives where things don't seem to be going the way we hoped or envisioned. This can be a slow process leading to this moment or seem to come out of no where. The great part about life is that we don't have to go through it or figure it out alone if we are open to support and willing to put in the work. I hope to assist my clients in identifying how their perceptions of what has occurred in their lives have shaped current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. The goal is to gain confidence and understanding in order to make the changes they desire for a fulfilling life.
