I am currently accepting clients 12 and up for daytime only and offer both in person and telehealth. I love working with adolescents, adults, and families to help foster change. I believe the best approach to therapy is to use a variety of treatment modalities to think outside of the box. I use creative approaches as well as encouraging self reflection as a way to meet a client where they are. Together we will build a trusting relationship, patience and will work towards positive growth. Individuals should feel empowered to express their feelings in a safe and positive environment and be the best version of themselves.
